Baltimore Will No Longer Prosecute Possession of Marijuana Cases

The Baltimore Sun recently reported that Marilyn Mosby, the city’s state’s attorney, will no longer prosecute people for possessing marijuana, regardless of the amount of or their prior criminal history.
